One-on-One HPC Training for Chemurgy 2.0 Participants

Chemurgy 2.0 participants have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one training sessions on high-performance computing (HPC) at the University of Northern Iowa. Led by HPC specialist Brandon Schmidt, these sessions are designed to provide hands-on guidance tailored to individual research projects.

Participants can learn how to access and navigate UNI’s HPC systems, including VPN setup and login procedures, as well as gain practical insight into job submission and strategies for accelerating computational workflows. Sessions can be conducted in person at UNI or via Zoom, offering flexible access for all participants.

To ensure availability, participants are asked to schedule sessions at least one day in advance by contacting Brandon Schmidt directly at brandon.schmidt@uni.edu.
